            Home Care Services

Live-in Home Care:

Our Live-in Home Care service provides 24-hour support from a friendly, professional carer who lives in your home. Whether it’s help with daily activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, or simply having someone there for companionship and peace of mind, we make sure you always have the help you need to feel safe and comfortable.

We take great care to match you with a carer who fits your lifestyle, personality, and preferences — because great care feels like family.

Personal Care:

Our carers provide gentle, respectful support with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance. We make sure every individual feels valued, comfortable, and in control of their routine.

Every care plan is customized to meet your unique needs, routines, and preferences — always with kindness and dignity at the heart of what we do.

Companionship Care:

Our Companionship Care is about more than just practical support — it’s about connection. Whether it’s sharing a conversation, going for a walk, playing a game, or simply being there for a chat and a cup of tea, our carers bring warmth and friendship into every visit.

We believe emotional well-being is just as important as physical support.

Home Help:

We also offer assistance with light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal planning, and running errands. Our goal is to help keep your home tidy, organized, and welcoming, so you can focus on enjoying the things that matter most.

Wavier Program:

Our agency proudly provides Medicaid Waiver (HCBS) home care services in Pennsylvania, helping seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

Pennsylvania’s Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver Program allows eligible individuals to receive care at home instead of in a nursing facility.

These services are funded through Pennsylvania Medicaid and are available at little or no cost to eligible participants.

Who Is Eligible for the Wavier Program:

You may qualify for waiver services if you:

  • Live in Pennsylvania

  • Are 65 years or older, OR

  • Have a physical disability

  • Meet medical and financial Medicaid eligibility

  • Require assistance with daily activities
